Oil Plant
Processing sunflower, soybean, and rapeseed using mechanical pressing and solvent extraction. Phase I capacity 800 t/day, after Phase II — 1,600 t/day.
Key Features
Imported equipment, energy self-sufficiency, and comprehensive production process safety.
Two Construction Phases
Phase I: press-preparation and extraction workshops at 800 t/day. Phase II: additional workshops double capacity to 1,600 t/day. Phased commissioning minimizes risks.
Imported Equipment
Equipment from leading global manufacturers with integrated automation and process control management systems. Full parameter control at every stage.
Energy Self-Sufficiency
Biomass boilers on sunflower husk: Phase I 2×10 t steam/hr, Phase II 2×15 t steam/hr. Steam turbines 2×2.5 MW generate electricity for plant needs.
Production Safety
Automatic fire suppression systems, alarm systems, and personnel safety protocols. Full compliance with environmental standards and industrial safety regulations.
Production Process
Press Preparation
Oilseed crops (sunflower, soybean, rapeseed) undergo preparation: cleaning, conditioning, crushing to optimal fraction. Temperature and humidity control ensures maximum oil yield.
Pressing & Extraction
Mechanical pressing on imported press lines produces crude oil. The extraction workshop uses solvent to extract residual oil from meal, ensuring maximum recovery.
Meal Granulation
Meal is granulated for convenient transport and storage. Meal storage with 5,400-ton capacity is equipped with truck loading systems for efficient dispatch.
Oil Storage
Crude oil is stored in specialized tanks: Phase I 2×700 m³, Phase II 2×3,000 m³. Tanks are equipped with loading stations and temperature control.
