Agricultural Processing Leader
LLC "Press-LTD" (OLVIA Group) is building a vertically integrated multi-grain oilseed processing complex in Berizky village, Pervomaisky district, Mykolaiv Oblast. The complex processes sunflower, soybean, and rapeseed with a combined daily capacity of 1,600 tons.
Our mission is to become a leading agricultural processing enterprise in Ukraine, providing stable demand for farmers and high-quality products for domestic and international markets. Project payback period is 3–4 years with an internal rate of return of 18.58%.

Our Complex
Phase I (800 tons/day) includes reconstruction of the 84,700 m³ elevator with drying and cleaning systems, press-preparation and extraction workshops, meal storage for 5,400 tons with truck loading, granulation workshop, husk storage with biomass boiler 2×10 tons steam/hour, oil tanks 2×700 m³, and an own high-voltage substation.
Phase II doubles capacity to 1,600 tons/day and adds a refinery (deodorization, winterization) at 200 tons/day, bottling line at 100 tons/day in 1L, 2L, and 5L formats, lecithin production, steam turbines 2×2.5 MW for own electricity generation, and expanded oil storage 2×3,000 m³.
Strategic location 178 km from Odessa, 237 km from Mykolaiv, and 315 km from Kyiv provides efficient road logistics for serving domestic and export markets through Black Sea ports.
SUNART Industrial Park
OLVIA has been a member of the SUNART Industrial Park since November 20, 2024. Industrial park membership provides access to shared infrastructure, regulatory support, and a network of complementary businesses.
Location within the industrial cluster offers streamlined permitting and a supportive framework for large-scale agricultural processing. The complex creates 96 new jobs for the region.
