Energy Independence & Ecology
Energy Self-Sufficiency
Biomass boilers running on sunflower husk (2×10 t steam/hr in Phase I, 2×15 t in Phase II) and steam turbines 2×2.5 MW provide complete energy autonomy for the complex.
Zero-Waste Production
Every processing by-product is utilized: husk for energy generation, meal is granulated for convenient transport, oil residues for further extraction.
Own Substation
An own high-voltage substation ensures stable power supply and independence from external grids, guaranteeing uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
